Service Delivery Policy

We currently deliver residential interior and exterior painting services across Bengaluru, Karnataka. If your location falls outside our active service area, we will let you know at the time of booking.

After you submit a request, we typically assign a Painter and schedule a free home visit within a short timeframe. The exact visit date and time are confirmed with you directly.

Once you approve the quotation and pay the 15% advance, the start date and expected duration of the work are agreed with you and the assigned Painter. Project duration depends on the size and scope of the work and is indicated in your quotation.

As a service business, there are no physical goods shipped or couriered to you. All materials required for the work are arranged as part of the agreed quotation and brought to your site by the Painter.
