• Transaction details — records of bookings, quotations and advance payments (payment card/UPI details are handled by our payment gateway, not stored by us).
• Usage data — basic, privacy-friendly analytics about how the site is used (no advertising cookies).

• To match you with a suitable Painter and schedule your home visit.
• To prepare and share quotations and process the booking advance.

We share the minimum information needed to deliver your project — for example, your name, contact number and address are shared with the assigned Painter so they can complete the work. We use trusted third-party providers for hosting, database and payment processing. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Online payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials on our servers.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect your data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to applicable law.

We use only essential cookies needed to operate the site and keep you signed in, plus cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
